You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. AstronYard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. 2. Limitation of Liability

All content on the AstronYard website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements, is the property of AstronYard or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from AstronYard. The names "AstronYard" and any associated logos are trademarks of AstronYard. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Refund Policy
AstronYard is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a Mouse, Headphone, or Controller, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
- Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees (if any) or shipping charges. For defective or incorrect items, a full refund including original shipping costs will be provided.
- Exceptions: Certain products, such as opened software or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please check product-specific policies at the time of purchase.
